In part one, Kathy’s first Leadership Panel explained how they continue to recruit new customers to join Isagenix. In part 2, we’ll be discussing the second of the three R’s: Retention. Kathy asked three leaders how they increase their retention by helping Customers become Associates and when and how they show their new customers how they can build their business.
